Operational Governance

Operational
Standards

The following protocol defines the operational boundaries for all engagements between Valor Connect, its Clients, and its Candidates. By initiating any engagement through our network, you agree to adhere to these mission-critical standards.

PHASE 01

Engagement Definitions

The Network

Valor Connect operates as a specialized deployment agency for the construction vertical.

The Liaison

Designated staff responsible for vetting and project matching.

The Mission

The specific project requisition or role being contested.

PHASE 02

Candidate Protocol

Accuracy of Dossiers

All candidates must provide technically accurate and site-proven professional histories. Misrepresentation of field experience is grounds for immediate extraction from the network.

Deployment Conduct

Once deployed, candidates represent the integrity of the Valor brand and must adhere to all project safety and operational protocols.

PHASE 03

Employer Requisitions

Scope Integrity

Clients must provide a full and accurate operational brief for every requisition submitted. Changes to mission scope must be relayed to Valor liaisons immediately.

Engagement Fees

Success fees and engagement terms are defined per requisition. Standard terms apply unless a Retained Deployment agreement is active.

PHASE 04

Network Integrity

Anti-Bypass Protocol

Clients may not engage candidates directly outside of the Valor Liaison system for a period of 12 months following initial introduction.

Operational Trust

We operate on a foundation of 'Builders Recruiting Builders'. Technical vetting is final and based on industry-expert peer review.
